Playrooms darkness and difficulty modes

When your shift ends in Playrooms, the lights go out one by one and the rule is simple: stay in the light. The developer does not say what waits in the darkness. You can choose how dangerous the job is, and an official screenshot shows three difficulty options: Easy, Normal and Hardcore.
